Order Processing Times

We aim to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your package is handed off to our shipping carrier. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.

It’s important to double-check your shipping address at checkout! Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay your order or cause it to be cancelled

If our system detects an issue, we’ll reach out via email within 3 business days to verify. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel the order

Need to make a change? Contact us at hello@talunn.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do everything we can to help—but after this timeframe, your order may already be processing

We totally understand that getting your order on time matters. While we ship promptly, delays can sometimes happen due to weather, carrier issues, or payment verification problems

We are not liable for courier-related delays, but we’ll work with you and the carrier to get things sorted quickly. If anything seems off with your shipment, let us know—we’re happy to help

Lost or Stolen Package

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of our courier partners. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, or appears to be lost, please email us at hello@talunn.com

We recommend reaching out to the carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll also contact them on your behalf and provide support throughout the process

Please note: Tullun is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation
