At Tullun, we’re committed to helping you carry smarter and live lighter. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and encourage you to give them at least 14 days of use to fully experience their benefits. If you’re still not satisfied after 14 days, you’re covered under our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

We get it—plans change! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing and we might not be able to catch it in time.
If your cancellation is successful, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.


60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to love your Tullun product. If you’re not satisfied after giving it a genuine try for 14 days, you have up to 60 days from your delivery date to request a return.
Please note: shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every item, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 72 hours of delivery.
Please email hello@talunn.com with a clear photo of the damage so we can review your request. If approved, we’ll send a free replacement.
Please note: Damaged packaging alone (e.g., dented box but intact product) does not qualify for a replacement. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by wear and tear or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship quickly and reliably, but once it leaves our hands, delivery timelines may be affected by external factors like courier delays or customs. Tullun is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.
If there's a shipping issue, we recommend contacting the courier first. Still stuck? We're happy to help—just email us.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping info at checkout! If an incorrect address is entered and we’re not notified within 24 hours, we may not be able to intercept the package. Unfortunately, in these cases, we can’t offer a refund or resend.
